BBC Releases Great Insights into the Corona WFH Phenomenon

As another remote Monday draws to a close in the home office, I realise that it’s been 33 weeks (and counting) since our last ‘normal’ week in the office, back in March.

This ‘biggest ever behavioural experiment’ on our working lives has thrown up a lot of questions :

- Can our jobs still give us the same value in this situation?
- Could working from home increase gender equality?
- What will become of working parents?

The below linked article (thanks BBC!) has compiled the most comprehensive, accessible and interesting collection of insights on the corona WFH phenomenon that I’ve seen, from experts in the field.

Despite the obvious caution needed as a result of the ongoing situation, I personally feel that we can and should always do more to support each other both within and across companies - being creative and remembering that the connection that we’re really missing from the office can be sustained if we try.
